Requests received via the online form are not to be considered automatically confirmed. After checking the availability, the restaurant will send a confirmation by e-mail.
Once confirmed by our offices, the reservation does not require any further confirmation. Cancellations or changes to the number of seats will be accepted if made at least 48 hours before the time of booking.
Changes to the number of seats will in any case be evaluated based on availability, and we reserve the possibility of not accepting these changes.
After this deadline, in case of cancellation, reduction of seats or no-show, EUR 95 will be debited for each person not showing up as 'no-show fee'.
Be informed that your credit card details will be used for the charge in the event of cancellation, reduction of seats or no-shows which do not adhere to the terms of our reservation policy.
Eu Digital Covid 19 Certificate
We inform the kind clientele that in accordance with the Decree-Law n ° 105 of 23/07/2021 from 6 August 2021 Quattro Passi can only accept customers in possession of the EU Digital Covid-19 Certificate or what is optionally required by the law. The certificate should be exhibited at the entrance to the restaurant and will be subjected to verification in the manner and through the tools provided by the Health Department.
A particular dress code is not required, however for dinner a Casual Chic attire is recommended.
We love children, but we also love a quiet dining room, therefore we do not accept children under 5 in our restaurant. Also, please note that do not have high chairs or booster seats.
Generally, pets are not allowed in the restaurant. If you have a special request, please contact us ahead of time.
If you wish to arrive with your car, the restaurant have a private parking.
If you wish to arrive by boat, we offer to our clients a free tender service to the restaurant and a free mooring for your boat. Please contact us.
